The following three partners are proud to have organised this international summer school as an Intensive Programme on Business and Technology Management in Europe:
The partners have won a tender of the European Union on funds in the frame of the Lifelong Learning / Erasmus Programme.
The summer school took place at all three locations of the organising partners, giving students from various countries the opportunity to contribute their experience and perspectives while solving the given tasks in international teams.
More than 60 participants were invited. This number includes students and lecturers from the organising partners as well as the associated partner universities listed below:
The focus of the programme was on the comparison of different business and IT strategies in various countries, with specific reference to France, Germany and UK. At all locations, company visits and interviews with the management boards have been arranged as a part of the programme.
Students had to identify and analyse intercultural differences in strategies, methodologies, marketing approaches and decision finding processes in three different branches: automotive, IT/software production and brewery.
The lecturers and mentors came from various countries, too: France, Germany, the Netherlands, Romania, Turkey, UK and special guests from the USA.
Read more of the students' experiences in their "Diary" or have a look at the Information section, where several experiences and reports are located.
